Research use only. All products sold by Body and Science are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not medicines, health products, foods, supplements, or cosmetics, are not for human or animal consumption, and are not registered with or approved by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). We cannot answer questions about dosing, administration, or any use involving people or animals.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Every order is dispatched from within the UAE by tracked courier. Within the UAE: 1–3 business days, flat 20 AED, and free on orders over 550 AED. To the GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: 2–5 business days, flat 60 AED. Transit time starts when the parcel leaves us, and customs clearance on a GCC order can add to it.
Which countries do you deliver to?
All seven emirates of the UAE, plus Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. We do not ship outside the GCC, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Is delivery really free?
Free delivery applies to UAE addresses only, on orders over 550 AED. GCC orders are charged the flat 60 AED rate whatever the order value, because they are exported and cleared through customs on the way.
How do I create an account?
Select the account icon in the top right of any page to register. You will also be offered the option to create an account during your first checkout.
How do I change my delivery address?
Within the ‘My Orders’ section in My Account you can change the address of an order that has not yet shipped. You can also call or text our support team on +971 58 551 2114. Once a label has been generated, or export documents raised for a GCC order, the address is fixed.
What should I put in the address field?
UAE addresses are descriptive, so give us the building or villa name, street or area, and the emirate — and a mobile number the courier can reach, because drivers here call before they deliver. For a GCC delivery, use the national address or PO box format used in your country.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number by email. You can also check the status of your order under ‘My Orders’.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are taken in AED through our payment provider, and card details never touch our servers. If a payment will not go through, contact us and we will sort it out.
Do I pay VAT?
Where UAE VAT applies to your order it is charged at the standard rate of 5% and shown on your order confirmation before you pay. Orders delivered outside the UAE are exports, and the destination country applies its own import taxes instead — see the customs question below.
Will I be charged customs or duty?
Not on a UAE delivery — it never crosses a border. A delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman is an export, and the destination country may charge customs duty, import VAT, and clearance or handling fees on arrival. Those are set by that country’s customs authority and are payable by the recipient. We cannot estimate or refund them.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes. Your order is shipped in one discreet package directly to the address you provide.
Do you deliver on Fridays?
Our support desk is closed on Fridays and we do not dispatch that day, but couriers may still attempt a delivery. Business days for processing are Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

What is your returns policy?
Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If you received the wrong product or a damaged one, contact our support team — see our Refund & Return Policy.
I received the wrong item
That is our error and we fix it at our cost. Email support@bodyandscience.ae or call +971 58 551 2114 with your order number and a photograph of what arrived.
My order arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging, the shipping label, and the affected items, and we will replace or refund it.
How do I receive customer support?
Call or text +971 58 551 2114, or email support@bodyandscience.ae. We answer 9am–6pm GST Sunday to Thursday and 10am–4pm GST on Saturday.
Can I change or cancel an order after I have submitted it?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before a shipping label is generated. Because most orders are picked within hours, contact us as quickly as possible.
How long does a refund take to reach me?
Approved refunds leave us within 3 business days, in AED, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it, and a card issued outside the UAE can take longer and will convert at your bank’s rate, not ours.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes. Reaching out to the team is best, or you can sign up for an email reminder on the out-of-stock product page and we will tell you when it is back.

What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks found throughout the human body. In research settings they are studied for their potential roles in cellular signalling, recovery pathways, and biological processes.
How are peptides used in research?
Researchers study peptides to better understand how they interact with receptors, influence cellular communication, or support specific biological mechanisms. These studies expand scientific knowledge, but are not equivalent to medical guidance.
Are peptides considered supplements or medication?
No. Most peptides are classified as research chemicals. They are not registered with or approved by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) for human use, treatment, or supplementation, and they hold no marketing authorisation. They are intended strictly for laboratory studies.
Why are peptides labelled “For research use only”?
This label means the product is not intended for human or veterinary use. It ensures proper compliance with regulations and clarifies that peptides are sold for laboratory, experimental, and educational purposes only.
Are peptides the same as proteins?
Not exactly. Proteins are long amino-acid chains. Peptides are shorter chains that can act as messengers or building blocks in scientific studies. Their size often makes them easier to isolate, analyse, and work with in research.
What is peptide purity?
Purity refers to how much of the vial is the actual peptide versus trace by-products from synthesis. High-quality research peptides come with a certificate of analysis showing the purity percentage for that lot.
How do researchers reconstitute peptides?
A lab-grade solvent (commonly bacteriostatic water or a sterile diluent) is added to the lyophilized powder to bring it into liquid form. This step is for research handling only.
How should peptides be stored in this climate?
Unreconstituted peptides are usually stored in a cool, dry place — often a refrigerator or freezer for long-term stability — and reconstituted solutions are typically kept refrigerated. Gulf summer temperatures are well outside that range, so collect your delivery promptly and do not leave it in a car or a hot lobby. Always refer to the storage guidance on the specific product page.
Do peptides expire?
Yes. Peptides gradually degrade over time. Proper storage helps maintain stability, but all research chemicals have a shelf life. Always check the dates provided by the manufacturer.
Are peptides the same as SARMs or steroids?
No. Peptides are amino-acid chains that support biological research. SARMs and steroids are completely different classes of compounds with different mechanisms and regulatory status.
Can peptides be shipped safely in the Gulf?
Yes. Lyophilized peptides are stable for shipping and do not require special handling beyond standard packaging. Where a product is temperature-sensitive we pack it with protective measures, and transit times are kept short deliberately.
Do you test your peptides for quality?
Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis with its HPLC purity result is published on this site against the lot number. See Lab Results to find the one matching your vial.
